Cancellation Policy

We endeavour to offer the best possible service to our clients. To ensure fairness for everyone, we have a strict cancellation and no show policy.

When you make an appointment with our practice you will be sent an SMS 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm you will attend by replying ‘Y’ or ‘Yes’. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can reply N or No or call us on 1300 618 927 to make a chance.

Appointments must be changed or cancelled 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 24-48hours will be billed at 50%.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be billed at 100% of the full rate of your booked appointment. This is unable to be rebated via DVA, ADF, Medicare or WorkCover Queensland.

Please ensure you let us know if you cannot make your appointment so we can offer your space to another client.

If you do not attend or miss your appointment you will be charged the full rate of your session. In order to rebook you must ensure your account is up to date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the fee.

On the day cancellations incur a 100% fee unless you can show supporting evidence of extenuating circumstances.

An SMS confirmation will be sent 72 hours prior to confirm appointment. Please ensure you reply Y or call us to change your appointment.

If you present to a session under the influence of a substance that has not been prescribed by your treating physician your session will be terminated and you will be required to pay the full fee. This will not be covered by Private Health, DVA or Medicare.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please get in contact with us via email and we will consider waiving your cancelation fee on a case by case basis.
